After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to a short intake form where you can tell us about your website and the issue you’re experiencing. If additional work is required, we’ll explain the next steps and provide pricing before proceeding.

Please do not send passwords through the intake form. If access is needed, we’ll send a secure request for the specific credentials required.

Response time: Troubleshooting requests are typically reviewed within one business day, Monday–Friday. Requests received on weekends or holidays will be reviewed the next business day.
